Change for Children
Change for Children is held the 4th Saturday of June. Beginning in February or March, cans are sent to all of our churches. Each church distributes the cans to individual members or Sunday school classes, etc. to put change in them for the next 3 months. Then on Change for Children day, the cans are brought to the campus for a day of celebration. This day usually includes a program, musical entertainment, activities for the kids and a meal. If you would like a can sent to your church or family please contact our President, Eddie Marsh.
Golf for Texas Kids Golf Tournament
This event will be held in the fall. This golf tournament supports the Texas Baptist Home in many different ways. The registration fee for a team of 4 is $400. The next golf tournament is on September 19, 2011 at Walnut Creek Country Club in Mansfield. Be looking back here for more details.

Street Rods Fun Run
The Street Rods are car club that holds an annual fun run each year to benefit the Texas Baptist Home. They bring out their “street rods” and compete for prizes and hold an auction for the members with all the proceeds going to the Texas Baptist Home.
Homecoming Auction
Every year, our annual Homecoming is held on the 2nd Saturday in June. All past residents and employees are encouraged to attend. They hold an alumni meeting, have lunch and hold an auction with proceeds from the auction going to the Texas Baptist Home.
